# The Quality of Working Life

In the most recent Vibecatch podcast we discuss with Professor Marko KestiMSc (Eng.), PhD. (Admin.), Adjunct Professor and associate professor at the University of Lapland.

Professor Kesti is specialised in HRM-Performance, he is the CEO of [PlayGain Ltd](https://playgain.eu/en/home/). and also EVP at [Mcompetence](http://www.mcompetence.fi/), providing tools and services for organisation's employee performance development.

He also developed the [Quality of Work Life](https://vibecatch.com/productqwl) which fixes a common error in analysing employee surveys.
